  • Provide on-going management level service regarding administrative issues.  This includes conducting "on-site" meetings  throughout the year.
  • Provide on-going employee level customer service regarding claims and administrative issues.  This would also include "on-site" training meetings to discuss changes and additions to the employee benefit program.
  • Communicate the duties you have as an employer.  This includes advising on current or pending legislation regarding employee benefits, like the current changes to COBRA.
  • Communicate to your employees the benefits of their plans and apprise them of changes when they occur.
  • Analyze the funding mechanism of your program and make recommendations to improve the cost effectiveness if needed.
  • Perform an annual loss control analysis to determine how to control cost overruns and control utilization.
